Yes, we work with deadlines when possible. Email us with your order number (or item details if you haven't ordered yet) and your deadline date. We'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Can I cancel my order?
We can't cancel made-to-order items once production starts. For other issues, reach out and we'll help.

Where do you make your pieces?
We're a family-owned brand based in Amsterdam. Each piece is handmade either in our Amsterdam studio or by our skilled partners in Ukraine. We create original designs and also work with patterns from other designers, always maintaining our quality standards.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Amsterdam.
What about customs fees?
Orders shipped outside the EU might have import duties or taxes. You're responsible for these charges.
Will you restock sold-out items?
No. Every piece, except made-to-order items, is made from salvaged materials like vintage bedsheets, tablecloths, and curtains. Once it's sold, we don't have the same fabric to remake it. That's what makes each piece truly one of a kind.
Can you customize pieces?
Yes! For made-to-order items, we can make alterations. Send your request to support@boeken-en-broeken.com, and we'll work it out.
